South African Junior Tug of War Weight and Age categories Bare feet 280 Kg 0/11 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 11 years) 320 Kg 0/13 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 13 years) 360 Kg 0/13 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 13 years) 400 Kg 0/13 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 13 years)     Boots 400 Kg 0/15 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 15 years), this will be implemented as a trial age category for the 2010 season. 440 Kg 0/19 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 19 years) 480 Kg 0/19 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 19 years) 520 Kg 0/19 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 19 years) 560 Kg 0/19 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 19 years) You are allowed to make two changes to the team to comply to the international rule of 0/18. 600 Kg 0/19 - (until the end of the year in which the puller reaches the age of 19 years)
